Best Bike Box Hire offer a convenient, hassle free service for people wanting to travel abroad with their bike. Whether you are racing an Ironman distance race or taking part in a Sportive, you want peace of mind that your bike will arrive safely and be in full working order.
Services
At Best Bike Box Hire, we offer three tailored services to suit your unique needs. Explore our Bronze, Silver, and Gold Packages to find the perfect bike hire option for you.
Gold
We will come to your home (within 20 miles of BL0 9ND) at a time convenient to you Prior to packing, we will provide a basic service* on your bike so you can be confident there will be no issues upon arrival at your destination. We provide the tools and easy to follow instructions to assemble your bike prior to your event.
All our boxes have trackers fitted to make it easy to locate, for peace of mind. Once you return to the UK, We will come to your home and we will unpack the bike and provide a basic service*, ready for you to get back in the saddle.
£300 for up to 10 days hire. Any additional days £10 per day.

- Check components for wear and tear
- Check operation of brakes and gears and adjust if necessary
- Check components are set to the right torque
Silver
Prior to packing, we will provide a basic service* on your bike so you can be confident there will be no issues upon arrival at your destination. We provide the tools and easy to follow instructions to assemble your bike prior to your event.
All our boxes have trackers fitted to make it easy to locate, for peace of mind. Once you return to the UK, return the bike box and we will unpack the bike and provide a basic service*, ready for you to get back in the saddle.
£200 for up to 10 days hire. Any additional days £10 per day.

Bronze
We take the stress and worry out of travelling with your bike by using Bikebox Alan easy fit boxes. Bikebox Alan has a reputation for being the best protective box to transport your bike and ensures your bike arrives in perfect condition. By using the easy fit boxes, this allows for minimum disassembly and reassemble.
Bike box hire only
